Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lulia ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Lulia is a voice-first AI personal assistant available on iOS and the web. The Service helps you manage your calendar, reminders, preferences, and daily tasks through natural voice and text conversation.

Lulia uses artificial intelligence to process your requests and generate responses. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete. You should verify important information independently.

User Accounts

To use Lulia, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate account information and keeping it up to date.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lulia to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others, or generate content intended to do so.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any purpose that is fraudulent or deceptive.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

Third-Party Services

Lulia integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Apple Reminders, and OpenAI. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

You can connect or disconnect third-party services at any time through the app's Settings.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, visual elements, and branding, is owned by Lulia and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of any content you provide to Lulia (messages, preferences, calendar data). By using the Service, you grant us a license to process this content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• AI-generated responses will be accurate or complete.
• The Service will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lulia and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued provision of the Service is no longer feasible.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property) will remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
